"We've been working with this office for our business's auto liability insurance and COI needs, and honestly, the service has been outstanding. Candace is usually the one who handles our certificate requests, and she's incredibly fast, we're talking 10 to 20 minutes turnaround most of the time. That kind of responsiveness matters a lot when you're running a business and need documents same day.
Candace happened to be on vacation recently when we had a couple of time sensitive COI requests come up, one of them on the same day. Ruth stepped in and took care of everything for us without missing a beat. She was so kind about it too, she even helped us out right as she was about to leave the office for the day. That level of care when someone isn't even "your person" says a lot about how this whole team operates.
If you're looking for auto liability insurance, whether for your business or personally, I can genuinely say this office goes above and beyond. We're grateful to have people like Candace and Ruth in our corner."
